Vehicles info:

From 3 to 5 doors, radio CD, air conditioning included in all type of cars and 4 to 9 seats, economy small cars, small off-road 4WD, medium size cars, compact cars, 5 seats golf player cars, family 5-7 seats cars or 9 seats mini vans.

Motorhomes 2, 4 and 6 pass., for a small / medium / long trip or our cargo vans to transport furniture and big packs, www.Mc-Rent.es (Pick-up location Málaga).

Minimum requirements for the Car Rental

  • Minimum age 25 years old and 5 years driving license (23-24 years old allowed with young driver surcharge).
  • The rental must be paid on the pick-up by credit (Visa or MasterCard).
  • ORIGINAL documents are required and no photocopies, scan or faxes will be valid, (Passport, ID., Driving License and Credit card).
  • CREDIT card is mandatory for guarantee (Visa or MasterCard) and the owner must be present at rental agreements, not valid AMEX, Dinner, Business or any other not mentioned before (Deposit will be taken from credit card).

The car hire include

  • Unlimited mileage.
  • Main driver.
  • Emergency number 24h.
  • Full insurance with excess [from 350€ (¹) (²) (³)].
  • Personal injury assistance.
  • Emergency 24h number exclusive to customers.
  • Road assistance 7/24.
  • V.A.T., Local fee and vehicle fee included.
  • Cross border to Gibraltar and Portugal.
  • (*) First Full tank to be paid on pick-up (over 3 days of rental).

(*) Are excluded cargo vans and motor homes vehicles.
(**) For any Pick-up from 22:00 to 01:59 (1st April to the 31st October) Summer time, there is an extra charge of 30€ per rental.
(**) For any Pick-up from 21:00 to 01:59 (1st November to the 31st March) Winter time, there is an extra charge of 30€ per rental.
(**) For any Drop-off between 21:00 to 07:59, there is an extra charge of 30€ per rental.
(**) In hotel deliveries ask for additional charges (from 20€ per rental).

Cancelation Fee

10%.

For special categories 30% deposit cancellation fee.

Extra charges (optional)

  • 1º and 2º additional driver 3€ per day maximum 42€.
  • Young driver 3€ per day maximum 42€ (23 and 24 years old).
  • Senior driver 3€ per day maximum 42€ (76 to 80 years old).
  • (¹) Full insurance with no excess from 4€ per day (min. 15€).
  • (²) Insurance glasses and tires from 5€ per day (min. 15€).
  • (³) Super all included insurance from 7€ per day (min. 25€).
  • Navigation system from 5€ per day maximum 50€ (under availability and 100€ deposit refundable at rental return).
  • Baby and child seat from 3€ per day maximum 42€.
  • Booster seat from 5€ per day maximum 50€.
  • Snow chains 5€ per day maximum 50€.
  • Full / Full fuel option (from 10€ according group).

Insurance DO NOT cover in any case

  • (*)
  • Lost or stolen objets.
  • Lost keys or wrong refuel.
  • Negligence or bad usage of the car.
  • Damage undercarriage.
  • Burn clutch / Roof.
  • Extreme dirtiness.
  • Loss of the vehicle accessories.
  • Interior of the vehicle (non smoking cars).

(*) Standard insurance has Tires & Rims + Glasses & Windscreens not included in the insurance.
